Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010

The Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010 covers employers throughout Australia in the crisis assistance and supported housing sector, the social and community services sector, the home care sector and the family day care scheme sector, and their employees in the classifications listed in Schedule B to Schedule F, to the exclusion of any other modern award. It also covers on-hire employees and group training trainees working in these sectors. It does not cover employers and employees covered by the Aged Care Award 2010 or the awards covering amusement, events and recreation, the fitness industry, health professionals and support services, and nurses. It also does not cover employees excluded from award coverage by the Act, or employees covered by a modern enterprise award, an enterprise instrument or a State reference public sector award.
