The Health Professionals, Medical Scientists and Support Services (Victoria) State Reference Public Sector Modern Award 2018 covers State reference public sector employers in Victoria that employ HASA Employees, Health Professionals and/or Medical Scientists principally engaged in the duties of the classifications in Schedules A, B and C, and their employees in those classifications, to the exclusion of any other modern award. It also covers the Health Services Union. This award does not cover employers and employees covered by the Health Professionals and Support Services Award 2020 because the employers are constitutional corporations. It also does not cover employees excluded by the Act, or employees covered by a modern enterprise award or an enterprise instrument.
