Children’s Services Award 2010

The Children’s Services Award 2010 covers employers throughout Australia in the children’s services and early childhood education industry and their employees in the classifications listed in Schedule B—Classification Structure, to the exclusion of any other modern award. It also covers on-hire employers and group training employers in that industry. This award does not cover employers whose primary functions are covered by the Educational Services (Schools) General Staff Award 2020, the Higher Education Industry—General Staff—Award 2020, the Local Government Industry Award 2020, or the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010. It also does not cover employees covered by a modern enterprise award, an enterprise instrument or a State reference public sector award.
