Building and Construction General On-site Award 2020

The Building and Construction General On-site Award 2020 covers employers throughout Australia in the on-site building, engineering and civil construction industry, and their employees in the classifications in Schedule A, to the exclusion of any other modern award. The industry means general building and construction, civil construction, and metal and engineering construction, all undertaken on-site. The award also covers on-hire employers and group training employers in the industry. It does not cover employers covered by the Manufacturing and Associated Industries and Occupations Award 2020, the Joinery and Building Trades Award 2020, the Electrical, Electronic and Communications Contracting Award 2020, the Plumbing and Fire Sprinklers Award 2020, the Black Coal Mining Industry Award 2020, the Mining Industry Award 2020, the Premixed Concrete Award 2020, or the quarrying industry under the Cement, Lime and Quarrying Award 2020.
