ABOUT ZOE

Zoe is a Senior Associate at MKI Legal.

Zoe was recognised in Doyle’s 2023 rankings of Western Australian Employment & WHS Law Rising Stars.

Zoe completed a double degree in law and human resource management at Murdoch University. Prior to commencing work at MKI Legal, Zoe gained valuable employment law experience while volunteering at the Employment Law Centre of WA and interning at United Voice.

Zoe assists clients with all aspects of employment and industrial law, with her practice ranging from assisting clients with their employment documentation, such as employment contracts and policies, to assisting clients with changes to employment laws.

Zoe has experience in helping clients with termination of employment, discrimination, bullying and harassment, restraint of trade, breach of contract, underpayment claims, performance management, and conduct allegations.

Zoe practises across both state and federal courts and tribunals and regularly represents clients in the Fair Work Commission, Industrial Magistrates Court, Western Australian Industrial Relations Commission, Magistrates Court, Federal Circuit Court and Human Rights Commission.

Zoe has successfully negotiated outcomes for clients and enjoys working with her clients to create strategic and pragmatic solutions to complex issues.
